CAF African Player of the Year nominees [Full List]

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) on Sunday named a 30-man shortlist for the 2019 African Player of the Year award.

Egyptian winger, Mohamed Salah, is joined by means of Percy Tau of South Africa, Nigeria’s duo of Victor Osimhen and Wilfred Ndidi.

Salah beat Liverpool teammate Sadio Mane and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang to the prize closing 12 months.

2016 winner Riyad Mahrez, 2019 African Cup of Nations top scorer Odion Ighalo and Atletico Madrid midfielder, Thomas Partey, are also within the strolling.

The award holds on Tuesday, January 7 2020, at Citadel Azure, Hurghada, Egypt.
